As a United States agency, our operations and ethics are grounded in federal law prohibiting human trafficking and forced labor:

• The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude.

• The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), the comprehensive federal law to combat human trafficking by prosecuting offenders and protecting victims.

• U.S. Code Title 18 (Chapter 77), which includes federal statutes that criminalize forced labor, coercion, and sex trafficking (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 1589 & § 1591).

These foundational United States laws inform our operational ethics and how we structure our partnerships.

We do not employ creators. Instead, we work with them as independent partners through:

• Transparent onboarding.

• The right to terminate cooperation at any time.

• No upfront fees or pressure-based offers.

• Creators retain full control over their content, image, and time.

We build our business on mutual respect, not manipulation.

In some cases, creators may choose to work with external managers (whether recommended by us or chosen independently). We want to make it clear:

Lookstars Agency is not legally responsible for the behavior, communication, or actions of any third-party manager, assistant, or contractor who is not a direct team member of Lookstars. Each manager operates independently and is personally accountable for how they treat the creators they collaborate with.

However - if a serious issue is reported and connected to someone within our network, we will act immediately and professionally to investigate and block future collaboration with such individuals. We offer 24/7 support.

Every client, agency, or partner we work with must follow strict ethical rules:

• No manipulation, abuse, or coercion.

• No non-consensual content or pressure tactics.

• No psychological or financial threats toward creators.

If we identify a violation, we terminate collaboration immediately, no matter the deal size.
